We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen at the Palace Hotel and Casino and also potentially covering the Sefton Hotel. You must have experience in preparing a range of breakfast dishes within a hotel or restaurant environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a kitchen, a high level of attention to detail and be able to lead by example. The role requires you to be flexible to also cover other kitchen shifts. To apply you must be over 18 years of age with no unspent criminal convictions.
