To support the Engineering Department in creating and delivering world-class manufacturing solutions for our customers. The role is an integral part of an Engineering team that defines and implements efficient defect-free processes for new and existing product lines. The processes and solutions are conducive to current aerospace manufacturing techniques.
Interpret customer drawings, CAD models and specifications. Create and maintain production methods including validation of capability to original scope and final customer requirements. Provide NPI feasibility estimations and prove-out validation. Support the business with technical and operator training for and existing machining processes. Work with cross function teams to develop new project roll outs. Provide technical support to customers, production cells and project teams
Define process flow for new and current projects using manufacturing system design tools and methodology. Work effectively within a cross functional team to develop and produce manufacturing processes in line with existing guidelines, on time and within budget.
