What you’ll do:
Welcome patients with a smile and set the tone for a calm, caring visit.
Manage appointments and support our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
Be a reassuring, reliable point of contact—on the phone, via email, and in person.
What you’ll bring:
A kind, patient-first approach and a passion for helping others.
Great communication and organisation skills.
Experience in medical appointments or patient care is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
