Our leading Financial Services Sector Client is continuing a high growth trajectory, coupled with an ambitious transformation programme are now seeking additional Contact Centre Administrators to join their Customer Support Team. The role of the Contact Centre Administrator is to effectively deliver excellent customer service to clients and IFAs by the processing of telephone calls, email and Webchat requests within specified servicing times. The ideal candidate for the role of Contact Centre Administrator will have previous experience in a contact centre-based customer service role, good written and verbal communication to both internal & external clients, able to deal with internal and external customers professionally, concisely and accurately via telephone, fax and e-mail.
