Our Client is a long-established boutique Corporate Service Provider based in Douglas. Owing to growth, they are seeking a Senior Statutory Officer to join their established, friendly team. The Senior Statutory Officer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the full range of statutory functions within the business. This includes incorporations, continuations, re-domiciliations, liquidations, dissolutions, restructurings, and all related corporate governance matters. The role ensures the firm's statutory obligations are met in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner, while maintaining control over all registers, filings, and entity counts. The position requires a proactive, senior-level professional with the ability to manage complex statutory work, supervise processes, and act as the firm's statutory expert. The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Statutory Officer will have 5+ years' experience in a corporate services/statutory role and a proven track record of managing statutory company administration across multiple jurisdictions.
