Our client seeks a Senior Operations Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for taking the lead in providing operational duties for the hardware and software technologies hosting cloud services. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for taking ownership of the customer experience, providing professional communications to customers, break fix incidents, customer requests, service improvements, 3rd party vendor and support management. You will take lead for ensuring the Cloud Suite remains in compliance with vendor solution releases and address Security threats as identified. Experience in an Engineering role maintaining Virtualisation, Storage and Networking technologies is required. VCP certification or commensurate experience, and qualifications in other IT disciplines is highly desirable.
