We need a Sous Chef who's ready to jump in and be the Head Chef's right-hand person. Think of yourself as the co-pilot of our kitchen. You'll be helping to steer the ship, making sure everything runs smoothly during our busiest times and keeping the crew motivated and happy. What you'll be doing:

Leading the charge: You'll oversee the kitchen team, making sure everyone knows what they're doing and getting it done efficiently.
Keeping it consistent: From prep to plate, you'll make sure every dish is a masterpiece, just the way we like it.
Getting creative: You'll get to team up with the Head Chef to dream up new menu items and specials.
Managing the money: Help us keep an eye on inventory and costs so we can stay successful.
Staying safe and clean: Keep our kitchen spotless and make sure we're following all the food safety rules.
Holding down the fort: When the Head Chef is out, you're the one in charge—no sweat!
Who you are:

You've got a few years of experience in a busy kitchen under your belt, and you're ready to step up.
Maybe you went to culinary school, maybe you didn't. What matters most is your talent and love for cooking.
You're a natural leader who can inspire a team and handle the heat without yelling or drama.
You communicate well and can talk to anyone, from the newest prep cook to the front-of-house staff.
You're a flexible thinker who can roll with the punches—even when things get a little crazy.
You love food as much as we do and get a kick out of making guests happy.
