Our client seeks a Senior Operations & Business Support Manager to join their team. Role Profile: Responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT, facilities, office services, health and safety, and procurement functions within the company. The senior manager will lead a small team to ensure that all services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong change & project management, business project delivery, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Skills and Experience : A relevant professional qualification or certificate in IT management, facilities management or health and safety would be desirable or a willingness to study. For example, Agile Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). A minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Understanding of IT infrastructure, facilities management, and procurement processes. Proficiency in IT service management tools and software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
