Our client seeks a Commercial and Residential Property Administrator Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls Greeting clients and assisting with their enquiries Dealing with and action email enquiries Book viewings, market appraisals etc. Diary Management for negotiators / surveyors. General office administration and typing Typing property details and producing floor plans. Upload property photographs onto system AML / KYC Property Brochures Display Window Management. Raise invoices and chase for payment if necessary. Management of property portfolio comprising mainly office properties. Deal with invoicing and collection of rent/service charge etc. Liaise with tenants and contractors with regard to regular maintenance and one off repairs. Assisting our Commercial Director with property valuation administration. Key Skills and Experience: Client focused. Ability to organise and prioritise own work. Good communication skills both verbal and in writing. Excellent organisational skills, accuracy of work and attention to detail. Microsoft office literate in particular Word, Outlook & Excel, and confident in learning new systems. Team player / ability to work well both within a team and independently. Enthusiastic Works well under pressure Experience in dealing with the public.
