Product Development Manager

We’re seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of our online gaming and betting platform. In this role, you’ll drive the development of our eGaming software product whilst collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing managers. You’ll be responsible for aligning technology and product initiatives with organisational goals, identifying industry trends and driving innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product development within gaming or software industries. Deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and monetization models. Strong project management skills with experience in agile or scrum environments. Familiarity with game engines), analytics tools, and version control systems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Passion for gaming and a strong grasp of current eGaming trends. Provide strategic direction to a team of Software developers.
Translate player insights and market trends into product strategies.
Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and performance benchmarks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including game designers, engineers, QA, and UX.
Oversee prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure gameplay quality and stability.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, platform standards, and security.
Monitor KPIs such as player retention, monetization, and engagement to guide improvements.
