A science club assistant supports the activities at holiday club or after school club by arranging equipment, tidying and cleaning after activities and ensuring children are safe and having fun.
Experience working with children would be beneficial but Science background is not necessary as training will be provided. The clubs are held at different locations around the island and so transport is important; ideally their own vehicle as some locations are not on a bus route.
An enhanced DBS check will be required by the employer and some first aid and allergy/epipen training would be beneficial but can also be provided.
