Applicant will be expected to carry out all care and support needs. Be fully willing and able to participate in all daily social activities (example - swimming). Applicant MUST be able to drive a manual vehicle and hold a full, clean driving license. Be experienced in fully supporting complex physical and learning disabilities and evidence they have done so. Be willing to continue with learning and development and be able to provide two recent references and complete an enhanced DBS.
