The Technology team aim to deliver high class services to our KPMG teams to enable them to work collaboratively, efficiently and across our three Crown Dependency Islands (Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).

Job purpose:

As IT assistant, you will be responsible for building and imaging new laptops, keeping the security of all current machines up to date and handling the laptop lease return process. You will develop to take on service desk support responsibilities for all jurisdictions and be responsible for looking after and replacing hardware where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial preparation and build of Computers.
Quality test of newly built machines.
Develop knowledge of service desk support protocols.
Resolve staff members tickets and complaints in a timely fashion.
Replace hardware where needed.
User account Registration/De-registration.
Ensure the IT area is organised and all machines are fully security compliant.
Respond to requests handed down to them from IT team members effectively.
Asset management of all IT equipment in the CDs locations.
Liaising with 3rd parties in regards to laptop repairs and equipment destruction.
