Brand Manager – Albion Knitting, Isle of Man

Albion Knitting is seeking a talented and motivated Brand Manager to shape, communicate, and grow our family of brands: Albion Knitting Isle of Man, Albion Knitting School, and Albion Heritage. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the creation of a new heritage brand from the ground up while managing all social media channels, websites, and marketing activities that bring our story to life.

The Brand Manager will work closely with the senior management team, the International Sales Manager, and the creative team to ensure that every element of brand identity, voice, and strategy is consistent, authentic, and commercially effective across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that support Albion Knitting’s growth, particularly across our TT line, our educational initiatives at the Albion Knitting School, and our direct-to-consumer online business. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and includes responsibility for regular reporting on campaign performance, brand development progress, and audience engagement. The role is based at our factory in the Isle of Man, where our collections are designed and produced with care and precision. Some travel may be required for brand events, photoshoots, and collaborative projects, with all related travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company. We are looking for someone with proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy, along with the creativity and drive to build a brand from concept to launch.
