Gloryland Preschool Nursery has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on the role of our Deputy Manager in our 2+ nursery. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of our management team and provide a high standard of physical, social, and emotional care for children aged 0-5 years. As Deputy Manager you will play an important role in leading by example, supporting fellow staff members, and working together as a team to provide an enabling environment in which all children can play, develop, and learn. You will have excellent person skills and maintain a strong relationship with parents.
It is essential that the candidate must have a minimum of Level 3 in childcare and 1 year post qualification experience. Furthermore, a full DBS check will be required.
