We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Team Leader to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading a multi-functional team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
The Role:
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient client administration, proactive communication, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team.
Oversee client administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with AML regulations and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across processes.
Monitor team performance and foster collaboration across departments.

Proven experience leading a client service or operations team.
Strong understanding of AML/KYC and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
