Duties include Overseeing daily store operations with a hands-on approach, Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and store standards, Managing stock levels, merchandising, and promotions, driving sales and achieving performance targets. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or higher in retail food, Strong leadership and communication skills, Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
