Supervised Contact Centre Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Supervised Contact Centre, ensuring the smooth coordination of Family Time sessions between children and their parents.
Meet all court-mandated requirements while prioritising the safety and emotional wellbeing of the children at all times.
Support the Operational Manager with service delivery and contractual obligations.

Educated to Level 3 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education, or equivalent.
Full driving licence and business insurance.
