Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to join their growing team in the newly created role of Group Compliance Officer – Monitoring & Assurance.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Group Regulatory Compliance Manager and wider Compliance team, ensuring the business operates in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a group-wide monitoring and testing framework.
Conduct compliance monitoring of key activities including onboarding, screening, and CDD.
Support policy development, reporting, and regulatory requests.
Provide additional support to the team during peak periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar compliance or AML role.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, CDD/EDD, and sanctions screening.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in online gambling regulation (e.g. Curacao, Isle of Man, UK) advantageous.
ICA qualification or equivalent desirable.
