The position is an interacting role, dealing with patient queries and requests in a confidential and sensitive nature. Applicants must have a caring and sympathetic manner, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with medical records. Must be able to multi tasks and work under pressure in a very busy Medical Practice environment, as part of a team or independently.
Duties of the role include booking appointments, dealing with face-to-face and telephone enquiries, referrals, clinic administration, and other office duties. General office experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel would be of benefit but not essential.
