Qualified Nursery Educators – Full or Part Time.
Ballasalla, Isle of Man.
Are you passionate about early years and want to make a real difference.
We’re looking for 1 or 2 caring, qualified Nursery Educators to join our friendly team, with opportunities in both our Baby Wing (9–24 months) and Over 2’s Area.
What You’ll Do:
Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments for children aged 9 months – 4 years.
Plan fun, creative activities that inspire learning and curiosity.
Support each child’s individual development and confidence.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
Use our Blossom app to share updates with parents (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
Great communication and teamwork skills.
A warm, enthusiastic and caring personality.
A genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
