General Manager - 2922

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the Isle of Man operations of our company, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of our local entity. This is a key governance role, acting as the visible face of the company in the jurisdiction and maintaining strong relationships with the local regulator.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the company’s legal representative and point of contact in the Isle of Man.

Liaise with the local regulator and other authorities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Oversee day-to-day operations, office administration, and governance.

Manage local reporting obligations including financial, regulatory, and corporate submissions.

Coordinate with headquarters on corporate, legal, and financial matters.

Manage office logistics and local service providers.

Represent the company in official or public engagements.

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or compliance certification is a plus).

7+ years’ experience, ideally in financial services, payments, or regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of local regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Experience liaising with regulators and managing compliance obligations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and capable of working independently within a small team.
