Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Administrator to join their team. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports the delivery of high-quality client service within a regulated Trust and Corporate Services environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing payments and FXs. Managing mailboxes and responding to banking queries. Opening bank accounts. Updating mandates with banking providers. Maintaining client records and managing workflows. Supporting colleagues in client administration. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workflow. Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Proactive and able to work under pressure. High-quality client service mindset. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
