Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager / MLRO to provide essential support to the senior members of the Compliance team in ensuring that the business meets all legislative and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position, with a focus on compliance monitoring and risk management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in addressing compliance queries and assisting in the promotion of a positive compliance culture within the organisation. Daily responsibilities will include validating testing based on established parameters, engaging with various business partners to resolve identified issues, and crafting thorough reports. The role also involves working closely with the Country Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Risk team, contributing to the management of regulatory communications and ensuring adherence to compliance training and standards.
