Are you a Part-Qualified / Final Year ACCA or ACA trainee or a Newly Qualified Accountant (up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience), trained in Practice? Do you excel in communication, organisation, and team leadership? Are you professional in your approach and always demonstrate discretion and diplomacy?
CM Partners, a well-established, medium-sized independent Chartered Accountancy practice based in Douglas, Isle of Man, is seeking an Assistant Manager or someone looking to move into a Managerial Position once qualified to join our growing team.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress within our management team while gaining valuable experience across the full range of services offered by our business.
You will benefit from an in-house Management Training Programme, tailored to your individual skills, strengths, and development goals.
A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Contracted hours are Monday–Thursday: 8.30am – 5.15pm, Friday: 9.00am – 2.00pm.
NOTE: Audit experience is not a requirement for this role.
