We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing change team. In this role, you’ll shape business cases that deliver real value, map as-is and to-be processes, gather clear and actionable requirements, and use data analysis to drive informed decisions. You’ll support projects across software development, testing, data migration and upgrades, while working closely with project managers, product owners, IT teams and third-party partners. You’ll also play a key role in UAT planning and execution, ensuring the business is fully ready for change, and you’ll help mentor junior colleagues as part of our best-practice culture.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (life assurance experience ideal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven delivery of business improvements, efficiencies and digital transformation.
Good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Experience with data modelling, data mapping, APIs and file transfer processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently or within large project teams.
Experience in agile or waterfall environments.
Proficiency with Excel, Visio, SQL and DevOps.
A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one).
