We are seeking a proactive Client Services Team Leader to manage a fast-paced team responsible for client administration and customer communication. This role involves leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring efficient processes, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Duties:
Lead, motivate, and support a multi-functional client services team.
Set goals, manage workloads, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding for team members.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies.
Conduct risk assessments and oversee due diligence for new and existing clients.
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.
Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Support change initiatives and promote a positive team culture.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in client services, operations, compliance, or similar roles.
Knowledge of AML/KYC processes is desirable.
Highly organised with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer care.
