We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our clients team to take ownership of their customer base performance — reducing churn, increasing product adoption, and growing customer value. This role blends data insight, automation, and customer understanding to deliver high-impact retention and growth strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Own key customer KPIs including churn, ARPU, product penetration, and contract status.
Identify at-risk customers and deliver proactive save and renewal programmes.
Build lifecycle journeys that drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product holding.
Lead CRM strategy, segmentation, and automation across email, SMS, app, and telesales.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver consistent, insight-led engagement.
Provide regular performance insights to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in CRM, retention, or customer base management (ideally telecoms/subscriptions).
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Confident using CRM and automation tools in data-rich environments.
Skilled collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
