A leading technology provider is seeking a senior leader for the newly created role of Head of Enterprise Solutions. This position will shape and deliver a modern enterprise technology portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, collaboration, and emerging AI solutions.
The successful candidate will build and lead a multi-disciplinary solutions function, work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, and drive digital transformation across the islands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop an enterprise solutions team.
Define and deliver the enterprise solutions portfolio.
Engage with senior business and government stakeholders.
Lead major bids and oversee delivery of complex technology solutions.
Support commercial strategy, pricing, and portfolio performance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership background in solutions architecture, product strategy, or technology consulting.
Broad knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, networking, etc.).
Proven experience engaging with senior decision-makers.
Commercial acumen and experience leading complex bids.
Ability to modernise teams and drive change.
