Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst / Batch Operator to join their IT Service function. This role provides first and second-line support to users across multiple locations, ensuring critical systems remain operational and users receive timely, high-quality support. Responsibilities include incident and request resolution, user support across desktop and server environments, maintaining knowledge documentation, and carrying out general IT duties such as software installs, hardware builds, upgrades, and equipment moves. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a service desk or similar role, strong customer service skills, and proven troubleshooting ability. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and modern service management tools is essential. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are key. ITIL Foundation and financial services experience are advantageous.
