Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate (1–4 years PQE) to support their Corporate Practice Group, delivering high-quality legal advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The role involves advising clients in line with internal policies, managing caseloads effectively, reviewing and drafting complex contracts and transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements, and liaising with external law firms, regulators and professional advisers. You will develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, contribute to knowledge management and precedent development, mentor junior lawyers where appropriate, and participate in marketing, training and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as banking and finance, mergers, pensions or employment within a leading international or offshore firm, strong technical and communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters while delivering exceptional client service with discretion and professionalism.
