Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their Private Wealth team. Key Responsibilities: You will manage and administer a diverse portfolio of private wealth clients, delivering accurate and timely trust and company administration services in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will provide a consistently high level of internal and external client service, ensuring client correspondence, queries, and deliverables are handled efficiently and professionally. You will support senior management with the day-to-day administration of private client structures, exercising judgement, escalating risks appropriately, and deputizing where required. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures, taxation principles, fiduciary duties, and relevant laws across jurisdictions, acting as a technical resource for the wider team. You will actively contribute to a strong client servicing culture, acting as a role model for Group values and promoting collaboration, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. You will identify process improvements, efficiencies, and potential growth opportunities while maintaining commercial and industry awareness. You will ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory obligations, and AML requirements, including identifying and reporting risk issues, suspicious activity, and compliance breaches in a timely manner. Key Skills & Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Trust and Private Wealth administration, ideally within the Isle of Man or a similar jurisdiction. You have a CGI or STEP Diploma or another relevant professional qualification and are a member of a recognised professional institute. You have strong technical expertise in trust and company administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and industry best practice. You have excellent organisational, analytical, and numerical skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are confident building relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders. You have a proven commitment to Continuous Professional Development and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. You have strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a high level of attention to detail.
