We’re looking for a reliable and detail?focused Mailroom Machine Operator to join our Business Solutions team. In this hands?on role, you’ll support internal and external clients by producing high?quality mail and fulfilment work using automated envelopment and finishing equipment - ensuring every job is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. If you enjoy working in a fast?paced production environment and take pride in delivering consistent, high?quality output, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a supportive team.
This role involves: Operating automated envelopment machinery to support daily production, completing manual fulfilment tasks to agreed quality and service standards, carrying out daily machine checks and routine maintenance, producing finishing work using folding and finishing equipment, managing stock allocation and maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards, driving an IOMPO vehicle as required.
We are looking for: experience gained within a production environment, knowledge of envelopment and finishing equipment, proven experience working to
tight deadlines, dealing with priorities across multiple work streams, a full, clean driving licence, a can?do attitude and good customer skills, reliability, flexibility and common sense, confidence working on your own and following instructions.

Salary: £26,380.98 - £29,184.39
