We are looking for a reliable and friendly Sales & Operations Assistant to support the daily running of our local store. The role includes assisting customers in-store, maintaining a clean and organised shop environment, supporting basic accounts using Xero, coordinating product deliveries, and managing online sales enquiries and customer messages via social media and email. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable using a computer, and enjoy working as part of a small, hardworking team; previous experience in retail, administration, or sales is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
