Our client seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to join their team Role Profile: To deliver an efficient and professional sales and support service to customers seeking information, purchasing assistance, and after-sales support for the full range of products and services. Key Skills and Experience: Essential A passion for putting the customer first, Previous sales experience, Appreciation of the importance of customer service, Ability to deal with difficult customers, Enthusiasm for new technology, Ability to produce accurate & quality work. Ability to deal with & communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels. Ability to promote the Company Brand & progressive image whilst delivering high standards of customer care .Highly Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keyboard skills, An understanding of modern retail technology, An understanding of, or interest in mobile technology, Demonstrate an interest in current and future technology, Ability to work selected Thursday evenings and Sunday day shifts during the Christmas trading period (1 November to 31 December), as directed by the Retail Sales Manager. The role also requires availability during the Isle of Man TT (May/June) and the Manx Grand Prix (August).
