Our client is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for Advisers and Sales teams, while supporting new business applications, product guidance, and relationship management. The role involves assisting with onboarding to ensure service standards are met, providing sales administration support, delivering product training, and acting as a key liaison between Advisers, operational teams and the New Business function to resolve issues efficiently. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on products open to new business, collaborate with Product Marketing on feedback and development, support networking and marketing events, and monitor sales activity to produce management information. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international investment or life insurance products and operational processes, experience working with product distributors, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, with knowledge of UK Trust and Estate Planning structures, WRAP platforms or Discretionary Fund Managers considered advantageous.
