Our client seeks a Senior Manager - Portfolio Supervision to join their team. Oversee the effective and efficient supervision of groups and individual regulated and registered entities for which the area is responsible. The effective and efficient management of the licence application process and the process for assessing individuals proposed to act in controlled functions. Ensuring all relevant firms and individuals regulatory requirements as set out in the Financial Services Act 2008 and associated rulebook, the Designated Business (Registration and Oversight) Act 2015, the Supervisory Methodology Framework, the AML/CFT Code and handbook and other relevant legislation.
