Our client is seeking an Investment Administrator to join their Investment Management Department on a fixed-term contract. The role will focus on the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios, including account openings and closures, processing cash transfers in line with client instructions, investigating and resolving third-party and customer queries, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders. You will also provide support to colleagues within the team to ensure service standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an investment-related role, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), excellent organisational skills, high levels of accuracy when handling data, and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
