Our client is seeking an Operations Assistant to join their Isle of Man office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role within a small team, covering reception, document management, facilities coordination and general operational support to ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations.

Key duties include:

Meeting and greeting visitors & managing incoming calls.

Mail handling, scanning, filing and archiving.

Supporting compliance tasks (ID&V, health & safety).

Coordinating deliveries, office supplies and facilities matters.

Providing general administrative support.

About you:
Organised, professional and client-focused, with strong attention to detail. Administration or reception experience desirable. Finance experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
