We’re looking for a Promotions Manager to help shape and deliver engaging promotions across Sportsbook and our wider gaming portfolio (Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, Poker and more).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the overall promotional strategy across Sportsbook and Gaming products, aligned with business KPIs and customer behaviour. Own the promotional calendars, ensuring coverage of key sporting events, gaming seasonality, and commercial objectives. Identify opportunities to introduce new, compelling promotional formats and offers that differentiate our brands in their respective markets.
Design and manage a wide range of promotional mechanics such as Bet & Gets, Deposit Offers, Cashback, Missions, Tournaments, Price Boosts, cross-product offers.
Work with Product and Tech teams to improve promotional tools, automation, and customer experience. Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery: briefing, setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and post-campaign review. Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimisations based on data, trading impact, and customer response. Ensure promotions are commercially efficient, clearly communicated, and fully compliant with responsible gambling and regulatory standards. Track key metrics including participation, incremental revenue, retention uplift, and bonus efficiency. Partner with BI and Data teams to analyse promotional results and identify actionable insights.
Produce clear, practical reporting to inform future campaign planning and improvements. Work closely with Sportsbook, Casino, CRM, Trading, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth execution. Support CRM and Lifecycle teams to integrate promotions into customer journeys and segmentation strategies. Collaborate with Trading to balance customer appeal with sustainable risk management. Team Contribution. Mentor junior team members and help upskill the wider commercial teams on promotional strategy and mechanics. Manage external suppliers and vendors involved in promotional tooling or gamification solutions. Provide input into product roadmaps, commercial forecasts, and budget planning.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in online gaming or sportsbook promotions,CRM, or product marketing. Commercially minded, with a good balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
Strong understanding of Sportsbook mechanics, betting behaviour, and gaming product ecosystems. Proven track record in designing, delivering, and optimising high- impact promotional campaigns. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerBI, or similar. Experience working with promotional tools, campaign management systems, and bonus engines. Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment. Confident communicator who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
