A senior, governance-focused role acting as the company’s local representative and key regulatory contact, ensuring compliant and effective day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
Previous FSA approval for R4a and R8 (Resident Director & Managing Director).
Senior, decision-making experience within banking or payments.
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
Experience working directly with regulators.
Candidates who began in banking/payments and later moved into other regulated sectors (e.g. investments) in senior roles will also be considered.
