An established corporate services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Company Administrator to join their team.

In this role, you will professionally administer a portfolio of asset-owning companies, ensuring compliance with company law, VAT regulations, and relevant financial services standards. You will work closely with clients, intermediaries, banks, and legal and tax advisors while supporting a range of corporate administration activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of companies, including VAT-registered entities.

Assisting with incorporations, dissolutions, liquidations, and annual returns.

Maintaining company records and preparing board minutes.

Supporting onboarding of new business and regulatory reporting (including Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance).

Liaising with clients, banks, government bodies, and professional advisors.

Opening and maintaining bank accounts and assisting with invoicing and payments.

Ensuring all work complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in corporate or company administration.
