General Manager – Airport Secure Parking Customer Service.
Ballasalla Industrial Estate.
Role Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall management, profitability, and daily operations of the airport parking facility. The role ensures efficient operations, excellent customer service, staff leadership, and compliance with airport regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations , Oversee daily parking operations, traffic flow, and space management, Ensure smooth operation of entry/exit systems, shuttle services, and valet services.
Coordinate with airport authorities and service partners.
Staff Management -Manage staff schedules and conduct performance reviews, Customer Service Ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Oversee parking systems (ticketing, ANPR, payment machines, online bookings).Ensure the facility is clean, well-lit, and properly maintained.
Key Skills - Leadership and team management, Operations and logistics management, Financial and budget control , Customer service excellence. Problem solving and decision making.
Qualifications - 3-5 years experience in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5+ years management experience in parking, transport, hospitality, or operations.
