Warehouse Administrator (PODs)

Manx Independent Carriers are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to manage the flow of goods and the critical
documentation that supports it. This hybrid role ensures our inventory is accurate and our logistics paperwork—from purchase orders to shipping manifests—is flawlessly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Scanning, filing, and organizing all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and consignment notes.
Investigating missing PODs or consignment numbers by contacting drivers and carriers.
Creating and issuing essential shipping paperwork.
Booking and scheduling deliveries with external freight and transport providers.
Liaising with Customer Services to provide tracking updates and resolve delivery queries.
Directing arriving drivers to specific bays based on the operational schedule.
Handling returns or damaged goods administratively by documenting evidence and updating the system.
Adhering to Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe workspace for office and warehouse staff.
