We’re recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team supporting users locally and internationally.
The Role:
Provide 1st & 2nd line support.
Resolve IT issues and service requests.
Support critical systems and assist with general IT tasks.
Participate in out-of-hours support (rota basis).
About You:
2+ years Service Desk experience.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Windows, Office 365, Exchange & Active Directory.
Positive, team-focused attitude and full driving licence.
Desirable: ITIL Foundation / Financial Services experience.
