As a Sales Executive within our Future Ready Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service whilst driving sales of our Fibre Broadband, Mobile Tariffs and Hardware products. You will engage with customers via inbound & outbound calls, emails, sales cases & working on our mobile MT shop attending events. Assessing customers needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance their connectivity and digital experience. Your goal will be to provide a personalised and seamless customer journey, converting inquiries into sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
