We are seeking an Operations & Engagement Manager to support the delivery of our business activities across operations, stakeholder engagement, events, communications and structured project support.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between planning, live delivery, stakeholder liaison, administration, communications and business support. The successful candidate will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities, and maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion and responsiveness.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver meetings, events, stakeholder sessions and business activities from planning through to completion. Manage operational logistics, schedules, venues, suppliers, staffing requirements and delivery timelines. Act as a point of contact for clients, partners, suppliers, service providers and other external stakeholders. Support business development activity through follow-up communications, presentation materials, meeting coordination and opportunity tracking. Assist with digital communications, audience engagement and campaign delivery across relevant channels. Prepare, organise and maintain reports, briefing notes, packs, business records and project documentation. Support research-led and document-heavy workstreams, including issue tracking, chronology building, document organisation and preparation of clear internal materials. Help ensure that company activities are carried out in an organised, compliant and professional manner. Work flexibly across operational, communications and project-based tasks as business needs require.
Proven experience in operations, event delivery, stakeholder coordination or project support. Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring practical problem-solving and hands-on execution. Strong organisational ability, including management of multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience dealing professionally with clients, suppliers, partners or other stakeholders. Ability to prepare accurate, well-structured documents, reports or briefing materials. Good digital literacy and confidence using communications and online platforms. Ability to work independently, use sound judgment and handle confidential matters appropriately. Experience in live events, venue operations, hospitality or public-facing delivery. Experience supporting marketing, campaigns or digital audience engagement. Experience in compliance-sensitive, regulated or politically exposed environments. Experience in research-heavy or document-intensive work. The successful candidate will be adaptable, well organised, commercially aware and comfortable moving between logistics, communications, stakeholder management and project execution. They will be calm under pressure, reliable, and capable of maintaining high standards across varied responsibilities.
