Sunset Lakes Resort is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef to support our growing breakfast service across both weekdays and weekends. If you enjoy creating hearty, welcoming dishes and thrive in a calm, organised kitchen, this role could be ideal.
About the Role:
You’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality breakfast experience for our guests, working closely with our Head Chef to keep service smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes.
Support the Head Chef with daily food preparation and mise en place.
Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and organisation.
Contribute to a smooth, efficient service during busy periods.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in breakfast service or café-style cooking.
Someone calm, organised, and confident during busy service.
A chef who takes pride in presentation and consistency.
Availability for both weekdays and weekends (flexible hours).
