The Boatyard Restaurant is looking for a confident, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next chapter of our award winning coastal dining experience. Rooted in Manx provenance, warm hospitality, and a commitment to quality, The Boatyard is a busy, well loved restaurant where service, teamwork, and genuine care for our guests sit at the heart of everything we do.
As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of front of house operations, lead and develop a motivated team, and ensure every service runs with calm professionalism and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the owner and kitchen leadership to uphold our standards, support menu launches, manage reservations and guest flow, oversee stock and financial controls, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.
We’re looking for someone who brings proven management experience in a quality led hospitality environment, a natural ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team, strong organisational and communication skills, a guest focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences, confidence in rota planning, stock control, and operational systems
