Handle all enquiries concerning servicing and parts sales.
Meet and greet customers and schedule workshop
bookings.
Interpret customer requirements regarding servicing and
maintenance of their vehicles.
Assist with the parts ordering system, to take calls and
walk in requests from both Parts/Accessory customers.
Knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and
policies of the service and parts department.
Excellent customer service skills, professional
appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
Be prepared to go the extra mile for the customer and
the team.
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not
essential, as training would be offered to the right
candidate.
Full clean driving licence is required, and age over 25 for our insurance.
